The Beer Vendor ("we", "our") provides consulting services in logistics management, optimization of distribution channels for fast-moving consumer goods in the beverage sector, training on inventory management, profit margin auditing, and negotiation strategies with international suppliers. Services are provided through the platform thebeervendor.com.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration, not to infringe intellectual property rights, and to use the services exclusively for legal purposes. Any abusive or fraudulent use may lead to suspension of access.
We commit to providing services with professional diligence, in accordance with industry standards. We reserve the right to modify or temporarily interrupt services for maintenance, with prior notice when possible.
The Beer Vendor shall not be held liable for indirect losses, moral damages, or business interruptions caused by the use of the services, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
Payments are made according to the issued invoice. For training services, refunds are possible only within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been rendered. No partial refunds are granted for services already delivered.
The user may terminate the use of services at any time by written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of a serious breach of the terms, without prior notice.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Users will be informed at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the services after this period constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
